Be happy

Hello...I'm sorry...I've kind of neglected my blog for a while now due to exams, I only have one left now so I'm really happy! This post is kind of a little motivational post to "never give up hope" this can relate to all things, exams or feeling unhappy for any kind of reason.
During exam season life can get a bit stressful, sometimes you constantly feel down due to all the pressure you're being put under. Don't revise for continuous amounts of hours because you are then definitely going to get stressed. Take a break once in a while you could do this by, listening to music, go for a run or whatever your hobbies are. However eating junk all the time won't always fix your problems, I'm not saying "don't eat chocolate" or anything like that because I do. I just think it is important to eat healthy during exam season and any type of season although the taste is something we all love it can leave us feeling sluggish and tired and thats not good during revision time.

You may think it's impossible to be happy being yourself. Every day, it's easy to wish you looked like or acted like someone else. However, until you learn to accept who you are and work to address your flaws, you'll never grow as a person. Once you follow these tips, you'll find that being happy with being yourself isn't as hard as you think.

Appreciate your friends. Being happy being yourself won't be worth it if you don't have any friends to share your wonderful self with. Having the right friends can improve your self-esteem, make you feel needed
And Appreciate your family. In many cases, nobody has done more for you or knows you better than your parents or siblings

Don't forget to LAUGH. Laughter is a good mental medicine for life and it supports the health of our body, I think you should always leave room in your body for laughter on a daily basis.

Last of all, Excercise-You don't have to develop an exercise addiction to look and feel healthier. Just working out for thirty minutes a few times a week can help increase your energy, improve your cardio, and can make you feel better about yourself.

Hopefully I will blogging a bit more often now
Thank you x

April/March- Favourite skin care product

Good Things- Fresh start creamy cleanser
Good Things Creamy Cleanser with superfruit extracts- I finally jumped on that spotty gal bandwagon when it was 'buy one get one half price' in Boots. Im so glad I did. During the beginning of March I was beginning to get really stressed due to exams and I knew the more I stressed the more I would develop spots....I did. Being prone to acne, like me can really get you down. So when I heard Good things about the 'Good Things range (haha get it?) I found myself urgently heading down to the shop. I have to say I think the cleanser has done a good job, I've tried so many other products in the past that have left me disapointed, However this brand seems to be helping my skin no end. It's really nice to apply as it has a thick creamy texture and the best part of it, is that it smells so fruity. Also despite having sensitive skin, it hasn't seemed to upset it either.
I will definatly be re-purchasing this in the future.

I would love to know what types of skin care products you guys use, comment below and let me know.

Thank you for reading, enjoy the rest of your evening.
